The Principal’s office is on the I^st floor of the main building. He is incharge of overall activities of the college and is also the primary representative of the college for most bureaucratic matters. Vice Principal takes care of the Principal’s office in his absence. Head of Departments have offices located in the Department itself to enable the faculty and students of the department to easily meet them.  

         Students are involved in the ongoing affairs of the college. Student secretaries are appointed every year to take care of cultural, gymkhana and literary activities.

         Apart from studies, the students have plenty to look forward to, a number of seminars on Personality Development & Entrepreneurship Development are organised. A number of youth festivals consisting of literary, sports and cultural activities are organised through the year. The annual Gathering is held in Dec-Jan. Also the Annual Miscellany "POLYZINE" is published during the same period. Students exhibit their ardent love and exceptional skill in various activities other than studies. Best academic performance, Best sport person, Best literary & Best all rounder awards are given away.

      The Ayudh Puja is celebrated with great devotion and all the students participate to make this festival lively. Every year the farewell function is organised for the final year students in which mixed feeling of joy and sorrow are expressed by the students.

          Indian Society for Technical Education(ISTE) is a professional organisation for technical educators and those associated with technical education, with the motto of promoting technical education.

          Entire faculty is life member of this organisation. The faculty chapter organises various subject related seminars, industrial visits and lectures by eminent personalities which help the faculty to tackle their day to day difficulties & upgrade their knowledge.

          A student chapter of this society consisting of more than 200 members is also an active organisation. It helps in bringing out the leadership and other qualities necessary for the bright future of the students. It also provides a platform for the students to bring out the best in them.

         ISA – International society for measurement and control is a technical, scientific and educational organisation dedicated to the advancement and reinforcement of arts & science related to the use of instrumentation, computers and systems for measurement and control. The chapter consisting of faculty and student members, work together to organise a number of programs related to Instrumentation Engineering.
