INSTRUCTIONS FOR PARENTS
1)
Parents are requested to co-operate with the school authorities
to inculcate a sense of discipline and punctuality in their
wards.
2)
Parents should examine the report in the computerized sheet
and hand-book and guide their children accordingly. All reports
and remarks regarding the students should be duly signed by
the parents.
3)
Parents should not approach the teachers during school hours.
These instructions should be followed strictly. We earnestly
appeal to you to read all details carefully and show your appreciation
by not only complying but confirming your acceptance of the
school’s requirements and regulations with your signature.
4)
It is the duty of the parents to make sure that their wards
attend the classes punctually and regularly.
5)
It is the duty of the parents to sign in full, the declaration
page printed in the calendar.
RULES AND REGULATIONS

1)
Fees are to be paid in the above-mentioned bank by cash / cheque.
2)
Fees are to be paid strictly in advance by the 15th
of each month. Term fee for the 1st Term is
to be paid along with First term Tuition Fees for June. 2nd
Term fees are to be paid with Tuition Fees for December.
3)
Delay in payment beyond two months, renders a Student’s name
liable to be struck off the roll.
4)
A Calendar month’s notice is to be given before the withdrawal
of a student else a month’s fee will be charged.
5)
No student will be allowed to appear for the Terminal or the
Final Examination unless all dues have been paid up to date.
6)
Fees for the month of May must be paid with April fees before
the commencement of the Annual Examination.
7)
There will be no refund of fees under any circumstances.
8)
Std. X students should pay the tuition fees for the
academic year up to the month of May by the end of December.
LEAVE ABSENCE
1)
No extra leave is to be granted in the course of the year except
in case of illness; medical certificate will have to be produced
along with the leave application.
2)
If the pupils, for unexplained reasons, remain absent from
school for more than a month their names will be struck off
the roll and as a rule they will not be readmitted.
3)
Pupils who are late or absent must bring written application
or justification for the record of absence.
4)
Leave of absence will be granted to the pupils going
for inter school competitions only after justification by the
H.M.
RULES FOR PUPILS
1)
Pupils must be present in the school premises 10 minutes before
the school hours.
2)
No pupil will be excused from physical education without a
doctor’s certificate.
3)
Any damage done to the school premises or school property by
a student will have to be made good by the parents / guardians.
4)
Pupils are not allowed to bring any gift or flowers for the
Principal, teachers or others connected with the school on Teacher’s
Day or even on other days.
5)
Politeness, courtesy, neatness, cleanliness and punctuality
are expected from every pupil.
6)
Pupils have to enter and leave the classroom only with the
teacher’s permission.
7)
Irregular attendance, insubordination with teachers and any
kind of misbehaviour and objectionable conduct are sufficient
reasons for the dismissal of a student.
8)
When moving along the corridors, pupils should walk in silence
in a single unbroken line.
9)
No pupil should leave the class during teaching hours due to
any reason.
UNIFORM
1)
Students should come in proper school uniform.
2)
Full pants are compulsory for the boys of Std. IX and X. They
should wear small black belt, if necessary.
3)
In rainy season all students should wear black sandals.
4)
Students should wear plain white socks and black leather shoes
after rainy season.
5)
Boys should cut their hair regularly. Girls should see that
their hair is tied properly. No fashionable haircut is allowed.
They should wear brown hair bands or brown ribbons. Plastic
hair bands are not allowed. Girls should not apply mehandi and
nail polish on the hands.
6)
Students should cut their nails properly.
7)
Students should strictly eat their tiffin in their respective
classrooms during recess.

RULES OF DISCIPLINE WILL BE STRICTLY
ENFORCED
The authorities of recognized Education institutions are required
to enforce the following principles of discipline:
1)
Strict regularity and implicit obedience must be executed in
the class.
2)
Any reported or observed objectionable conduct out of the institution
should be punished.
3)
Parents must be given to understand that they cannot dictate
the authorities or have a right to say on what conditions the
authorities should admit or retain pupils in the institutions.
4)
Politeness and courtesy of speech, conduct, as well as personal
cleanliness should be inculcated.
5)
No child suffering from any contagious or infectious disease
shall be permitted to attend the school without the fitness
certificate.
COURTESY
1)
Pupils shall always greet their teachers and elders in a polite
way whenever they meet in the school or outside.
2)
They should maintain a good posture whenever they sit, stand
or walk.
3)
They should always try to be cheerful and well tempered.
4)
They should be polite in speaking to one another and take care
never to interrupt any one who is talking.
5)
They should obey and respect the teachers by showing love and
affection.
MEDICAL INSPECTION
Every pupil will undergo a thorough Medical Inspection from
the doctors appointed by the School. Parents are requested to
co-operate with the school in follow-up treatment.
Pupils who fail to attend the inspection will have to produce
the cumulative Report duly filled in by the family physician.
Parents are expected to respond immediately when urgent attention
is required.
EXAMINATION
No text books, note books or any papers will be allowed to
be brought during the
Examination period, when the students come to school. Only
compass box and writing pad will be allowed. Students found
copying, writing anything on the Question Papers or using unfair
means during the examination or discovered doing so, subsequently
will be dealt with severely and will be expelled from the examination
class.
TEST SCHEDULE
1)
Parents are requested to sign in full, all examination report
sheets and notices from school and submit the same to the authorities
within four days of their receipt. All pupils must return the
cumulative Progress Book on the re-opening day of the school.
Loss of the Report Books will involve a fine.
2)
Promotion will depend upon the general progress during the
year together with the result of the Final Examination. Promotions
are decided with due consideration at a meeting of all the teachers
concerned about the pupil’s progress during the course of the
year.
3)
Promotion once refused will under no circumstances be reconsidered.
4)
Results of the absentees will be given within five days from
commencement of the vacation between 9.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m.
after the results are declared.
