Brief History:

    The Department of English was established from the very inception of this college in June 1969. Prof.Mulgoankar was the first H.O.D and also the Principal of the college. Prof.Nand, Prof.Bajaj, Prof.Mrs.Ivy Rose and Prof.Sayanekar had contributed as Heads of the Department. Prof.Pramod Kharate is heading the department at present
    Ours is the biggest, progressive and one of the flourishing departments of our college.
    The department has a total workload of 93 (having 65 Lectures and 28 Tutorials).
    There are 05 fully qualified teachers working in the capacity of Assistant Professors in the department.
