• Blood Donation :

Our college organized one day blood donation camp in collaboration with Mahatma Gandhi Blood Bank and Think foundation. For the Third year students, a Thalesemia Test was conducted for all the faculties at free of charge. 131 bottles of blood was collected and 350 students were tested for thalesemia. Mr. Shetty of Think Foundation delivered an orientation lecture on Blood Donation in all the classes on 21/7/ 2010.

• HIV AIDS Awareness Rally (Thane) :

Akshara organized HIV AIDS awareness rally in Thane at Civil Hospital. 40 students along with Prof. Shivaji Naik participated in this rally.
