Lecture on METADETA
The Library & Dept of LIS. Of B.N. Bandodkar college of Science on
11th July 2004, organized a talk on METADATA by Smt. Vedavati Habbu
from University of Mumbai. Vice Principal Mrs. M.P. Akolkar was in Chair.
Mr. Vasantrao Save a senior professional in the field was felicitated
on completion of his 75 year at the hands of Mr. Jayant Moghe a senior
retired Librarian. Dr. P.G. Karmarkar, Mr. Pradeep Karnik, Mr. Jayant
Moghe shared their experiences about Mr. Vasantrao Save. Prof. Mrs. M.P.
Akolkar addressed the meting. Mr. Vasantrao Save expressed his thanks for
felicitation.
Prof. Mohan Pathak compared the program. Library Staff & some of
the past students of the department took special efforts for the program. Many
Librarians, counselors of this center & past students of the center
were present on this occasion. |
