President Bush has determined that India has made progress in providing adequate and effective protection of IP rights.Accordingly, the suspension of India's duty-free treatment for certain articles under the GSP is terminated.

Mr Bush also felt that Pakistan had taken or is taking steps to bring into practice internationally recognised worker rights for its workers, and was therefore restoring Pakistan's eligibility for certain articles.
