- Completed Minor Research on “Helping Suicidal Teenagers”.
- Appointed as a committee member in ‘Marathi Sanshodhan Mandal’.
- Published and presented papers in a few State level, National and International level journals and seminars.
- Worked as a consultant for neighboring Polytechnic College and Kendriya Vidyalaya ;(Navy Camp, Karanja and IIT, Powai) as a counsellor
- Guided the above institutions to initiate Counselling Centres and Counselling programmes for teachers and students
- Invited as a resource person at UGC – Human Resource Development Centre – University of Mumbai to conduct a session during “Orentation Course” of degree college teachers. The theme of the session was “Counselling, Teaching and Mentoring: Contours and Conversions”

- Counselling for Students of North East (Meghalaya)
- Designed programmes to create barefoot counsellers amongst students
- Conducted various Social activities under the aegis of Manthan, like lectures, film shows, talk shows etc.
