and ENTER YOUR "PRN Number "
And Submit

Enter Your email id in Remarks Field.
Please enter your Name, Date of Birth & Mobile Number.
This is required to reprint your e-receipt / remittance(PAP) form, if the need arises. 
Click on SUBMIT button
