on Supreme Court Judgment in
Sahara Real Estate Corporation v/s SEBI
Dear All,
We at Dr. V. N. Bedekar Institute of Management Studies (Dr V. N. BRIMS)
have always worked towards discussion and debate on various management as well
as social issues through our functional summits, yearly thematic workshops and
seminars.
In February this year, we conducted full day seminar on Management of MSMEs
and an evening seminar on Supreme Court Judgement on Income Tax v/s Vodaphone
case.
As you are aware, recently Supreme Court has given yet another landmark judgement
in case of Sahara Real Estate Corporation v/s SEBI. Looking at the importance
of the verdict, on Saturday the 22nd September evening (5 pm to 7.30 pm)
we have arranged a seminar on this subject details of which are shown in
the attachment.
