Rules and Regulations
Admission:
Admission will be given on First Come First Serve basis.
Admission process starts from the month of April every year.
Admission forms to be filled online & print out of the same along with following documents have to be submitted to the office.
Attested Xerox copies:
1. Mark sheet of last exam passed
2. Passing certificate of last exam passed
3. Address proof
4. Any other relevant documents
Ø If the admission is cancelled following rules will be applicable.
1. Before the commencement of course 20% amount will be deducted.
2. Within first month from commencement of course 30% amount will be deducted.
3. Within first two months from commencement of course 50% amount will be deducted.
4. After two months from commencement of course no fees will be returned.
Ø The inaugural lecture is arranged on 1st August and regular lectures start from 2ndAugust.
Ø Examinations are held in the months from April to June.
Ø Attendance to examination is compulsory.
Ø Details of examination scheme are given along with syllabus of each course.
Ø Minimum passing is 40%.
Ø Results are declared in the month of July.
Ø Certificates are awarded on 5th September during convocation.
Library:
Our library has a collection of about Total No. of Books 27751 and 600 bound volumes of Scientist and other journals.
We have a very special collection in every subject with many rare and important titles. Our library is computerized. We provide references to the students, staff and eminent person in the city. Many past students are still taking advantage of our enriched collection.
For advanced study centre we have separate 313 books.
Books & Journals:
We receive following International Journals as donation from our VPM chairman Dr. Vijay Bedekar.

Discipline and Code of Conduct:
In the college premises every student must be in possession of his/ her valid Identity Card & must wear it throughout till he/ she is on college premises or representing the college at any other place. Whenever demanded by the authorities concerned, the Identity Card must be produced for inspection.
Duplicate Smart Identity Card:
In case Identity Smart Card is lost, it should be reported immediately to the Librarian. A duplicate Identity card will be issued to the student against a payment of Rs. 500/-, after receiving proper application and copy of a police complaint (FIR) in this respect.
Rules and regulations:
1. Attendance for all lectures and practicals is compulsory.
2. Students should be punctual in attending their classes.
3. Every student must complete, all the academic work assigned to his/ her class by respective teachers, such as the completion of Practical Journal, Home Assignments, Field Diary, Project etc., in time.
4. Students are directed not to bring any outsider to the college premises.
5. Ragging: Government of Maharashtra has notified Ragging as a cognizable offence. Anyone reported to be involved in any form of ragging, will be severely dealt with.
6. Every student should take utmost care of the college property to keep the College premises neat, tidy and clean for the common welfare of all.
7. Students are requested to take care of their own property. The College Authorities are not responsible for the loss of any personal belongings of the students.
8. Any lost property, found by the student should be handed over in the College Office, which will be refunded to the claimant on identification.
9. Any matter not covered by the rules and regulation in vogue and/ or notified through notices, circular, prospectus etc., will rest at the absolute discretion of the Head. The right of interpretation of any rule is reserved by the Head.
10. It is presumed that the student has acquainted himself/ herself of all the rules, regulations etc. as stated in Prospectus and accepts the same as binding on him/ her before seeking admission to this College.
Warning:
1. Mobiles are strictly prohibited in the examination hall. College will not be responsible for the loss of mobile.
2. Unfair means at Examination: Strict disciplinary measure will be taken if students are found adopting unfair means at Examinations
